Is There Anything You Hate NOT Doing?

In anticipation of knowing what you LOVE to do, I’d like to ask you to think about those things you don’t like, hence, becoming more aware of what you love and what you might have the ability to create if you focus on it.

A friend of mine said, “I became dogmatic toward the things I enjoyed doing, until I discovered what I hated, and it motivated me toward what I really love.”

If you struggle coming up with things you love to do, here are my personal transparent examples for you:

I hate not being with my children whom I love deeply.  They live out of state and as much as I would love to have them near me, I realize its good for them to be away.  I wouldn’t want to invoke my expectations or dreams on to them when they have plenty of their own to fulfill.  So when I visit, I enjoy them tremendously without extra pressure.

I hate not reaching out to others when stuck behind my computer all day long.  My life is a brand of its own, a lineage of the natural ebb and flow aspects in human behavior.  Building relationships and connecting is what I do best, hence, my books, audio’s and other products have come out of this desire.

I hate not being funny or laughing my head off.  Life is serious enough, its very important to learn to laugh at your self and enjoy laughing with others.  I don’t think I’m very funny, but I want to develop that skill, so I hang out with funnier people than I to learn.

I hate not being technically advanced because I get stuck so often, just within my own mind sometimes.  If I stayed stuck I would get no where, so I think about it’s solution and head in that direction.

I hate not being able to help the millions of people who are starving or need clean water to drink.  This needs to change today not tomorrow.  Enough said on that subject although I could go on forever about it being a distribution problem not a problem of lack.  I want to create wealth in my life to distribute wealth to others.

I hate that people hurt one another. We need to understand that our tongues are the deadliest relationship weapon of all.   We need to use them to uplift and not tear down.  I work on me, you work on you.

I hate that fear keeps people away from the one thing that can create an abundant life for them.  A head and heart connection removes fear.

It makes sense to me that using this negative can bring some pretty positive and creative ideas and I’m sure I can think of plenty more, but I’d like to hear from you.  What is it that you hate NOT doing?

Connecting to community can be profound, particularly when it is your community of followers who want a transformation in their lives and hope that you can help provide it. Our BFF calls can help! See above right for details.

I hate not being able to get out of my own way. I have spent a lifetime ‘cleaning my room’. I admire (envy?) those who are focused and stay on course day after day. I know I have so much more to offer my family, my friends – the world for that matter. Unfortunately, those gifts remain in the clutter and get pushed further to the back of the room despite my efforts. Who knew that the ability to organize and maintain was so out of reach for so many of us?

    Cindy,

How right you are when you say our lives often “remain cluttered” and things get “pushed to the back of the room”. It’s amazing how that happens actually, but understanding the why often helps to get it all sorted out. I’d love to share with you my free Ebook, Why Keep An Elephant…because it discusses that very thing. Just put your first name and email in the boxes provided. Getting out of our own way is exactly what I teach. Thank you for commenting and for visiting my blog. Do let me know how I can be of assistance to you in your future focus. I love teaching others the methods of moving forward. :)

    Abundant Blessings,
    Kellie
