Thanks Kellie,

Speaking in public was very traumatic for me when I was young. But now that I'm older, something happened and as long as I know my topic, I tend to do OK. But your tips here sure will help me in the future. Thanks again.

Kellie,

The concept of moving into your heart is beautiful. If we could all come from that space just think of how amazing our world would be!

Be it an audience or just one person, everyone likes to be appreciated. I've made a conscious effort this week to compliment (with sincerity) those around me. The results have been amazing.

Thanks for sharing strong tips, my Michigan friend!

You are all wonderful tribe mates by the way! Thanks again!

Kellie,

I really enjoyed this article! Thank You for sharing you wisdom on this topic. I have taken Dale Carnegie classes in the past which has helped me in public speaking but you always have to be a student. I'll try to incorporate the techniques you shared here the next time I do a video or a speech.

Last weekend we were at training for our primary business and I was so proud of Dawn. We had a exercise to memorize something the night before and then had to present it to our group of 6 people. There were 18 groups and then the best in each group of 18 had to go to the front of over 100 people and do it again. Dawn was the first one to volunteer. If you know Dawn, this was stepping WAY out of her comfort zone. I was SO PROUD OF HER!!!

Anyhow, great article and thanks again for sharing!

this is awesome Kellie.
and some great information too.
I totally agree the important thing is to be yourself
and not try to be someone else.
I think people can tell if you are trying to be someone you are not.

Great tips for public speaking Kellie!

I have not much experience with public speaking myself other than having lectures in front of a university class, but I know that beeing connected and engaging is a key to being able to help people. no matter what kind of personality you have.

Thanks for Sharing!
Keep up the great work!
