Tribe, Connecting, Leadership and Parenting are Synonymous!

It is said that a child’s confidence in your leadership role will come from your own self confidence and approach. They learn by observing, by what they practice and by explanation. This is what builds interpersonal relationships. There is a great way to connect to the heart of others and that is by asking questions that go beyond the, “is something wrong” or “are you okay?” type of questions. These type of questions will produce a no response at best.
